“More of a B&B than hotel”
+Close to seafront. Breakfast good.
−Room was smallest ever been in. Tired decoration. No where to hang coats or put bags. Curtains let light in. Bedding felt damp.

“Family stay”
+Lovely warm welcome despite us arriving late Great communication throughout with different queries. Ideal location for us . Room was very clean beds comfy . Had 2 slight issues which were rectified straight away . Breakfast vast choice and was served hot . .love that this a family establishment and the whole family chips in . We we definitely be back soon if you have availability . Thankyou Rebecca Mike and family . Think you all are amazing 😍
−Only nit pick I like crumpets but there was plenty of alternatives and prefer Yorkshire tea which I had at breakfast but Pg tips in the room . Again just a nit pick to my personal choice .

+The couple who run it are lovely. Very friendly and helpful. We only stayed 1 night. Breakfast was fab. Rooms were basic but very clean and comfy.
−Our bathroom was so tiny you had to leave the door open but the real issue was the parking. Very narrow entry to a very tiny car park . To be fair, the owner guided you in and out but it was a worry once the car was in as to whether you could get it out without scraping it !
