+Overall room was ok. Bed was fine, shower was next to useless, as was the toilet flush. Good walking distance to sea front. Unfortunately probably wont be staying here again.

+Everything was fine apart from the bathroom floor being dusty. The rest of the room was clean, clean sheets and towels and free WiFi, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer and a free parking space which is a bonus as parking is limited in that area. The hotel is a little run down, as is the area, but the rooms on the floor that we stayed looked like they'd been renovated, maybe they're working on it gradually.

+The staff could not of been anymore helpful. For the price we paid the room was just what we needed. Pet friendly. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Thankyou!

+We are still waiting for a refund from Hotels.com as one of the rooms we booked was terrible.

+The room was rather hot. The shower dirty. One of the 3pin plugs didn't work. The outlook from the window was very untidy. The main reception man was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

+I have stayed here before and the hotel cannot be faulted on anything. Staff are friendly and helpful and room was beautifully clean and spacious. Facilities were excellent. The outside of the hotel could do with a make over(lick of paint and weeding and a brush ) but this does not affect how amazing inside is . Will recommend to friends and family and would book here again if I need to . Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

“You get what you pay for.”
+Fine for a cheap stay. Room had not been hovered and was missing items listed eg hairdryer. The floor was disgusting and the bathroom not much better, however the sheets were clean. Room had clearly recently been repainted as frog tape left on switches. Staff were a bit unhinged, telling us they hope our nephew doesn’t pawn his birthday gifts for weed. Found dead rat next to my car in the morning. Probably wouldn’t stay again, but was fine in a pinch.
