“It was a disappointment!”
+The room size and the balcony
−The smell of the carpet stinks! we couldn’t bare the smell and requested a removal of the entire carpet out of the room! And they didn’t clean after the carpet removal! All the dirts remained at the floor until we requested a cleaning of the flooring! And there were stains all over the carpet and the chairs as well! And The cabinet door was broken!

“Excellent stay”
+**First time at Edition Madrid, and it did not disappoint** We are regular Edition guests, but this was our first stay at the Madrid property, and it is now firmly one of our favourites. Reception was welcoming and efficient, and the room service team was attentive and quick every time. A special thank you to Cintia from the pool service. She made sure we had a wonderful time throughout our stay, and her Negronis were excellent. The Punch Room is exquisite and very cozy, the perfect spot for pre-dinner drinks before heading out into the city. The design and decor of the hotel are just on point. We cannot wait to come back to Edition Madrid.

“Minimal, but chic centrally located perfection in Madrid!”
+Excellent, centrally located in beautiful neighborhood. Chic, minimal but modern decor with all the amenities one would expect at the price. Delicious restaurant options and amazing rooftop pool area. Perfection

“Great Location for a weekend trip”
+The location is great, the property is also exactly what you expect from a THE EDITION, very stylish and sophisticated.
−The room was super dark, and felt cold. I guess its the design but we did not like it. Maybe we were unlucky as our friends had much bette rooms.. Also on the pool area the guys have limited space for the sunbeds, when asked to put us for the waitlist we were forgotten as the shift changed. After a while I came back, and half was free, I told them that no one informed us, they apologized and gave the drinks on the house which was nice of them, but still it appeared a bit messy organized.
