+Die zentrale Lage, die vielen Möglichkeiten für Sport und Pool, auch, dass es eine Sauna gibt ( auch wenn es eine Trockensauna ist)!

“My stay was pleasant, but had some inconveniences.”
+I liked the nature surrounding the property and the restaurants in Eagle Crest.
−You will need a car or bike if you are wanting to explore the resort as most things are about a good 15 minute walk away. Additionally, the shuttle service is hit or miss and cash only, so I would really recommend bringing your own car if you are staying at this property.

“Amazing trip to Central Or”
+More Than a Hotel: My Journey Through Central Oregon Some people collect souvenirs. I collected people. Their kindness, their laughter, their stories, and the way they made me feel became the greatest treasures I brought home. This is not simply a story about the places I visited. It is a story about the people who made those places unforgettable. My journey through Central Oregon began when I traveled to Bend with my mom. Because she uses a walker, even the simplest outings can sometimes feel complicated. I am always watching the ground ahead of her, checking for steps, looking for accessible entrances, and wondering whether people will be patient. Throughout our time in Bend, people were extraordinarily kind to her. They held doors, gave her time to move at her own pace, offered assistance, and treated her with patience and dignity. Those gestures may have seemed small to the people offering them, but they meant everything to me. When you love someone whose body no longer moves as easily as it once did, you notice the people who make the journey gentler. I certainly noticed them. Later, I returned to Bend on my own and spent two nights at the Campfire Hotel. From the moment I arr

“Overnight stay just what we needed”
+My husband and I were enroute from Vancouver, WA to Bend, OR and had had enough driving so looked online for a place near Redmond. It was quite a distance to locate the place and at the low price, we were understandably skeptical as to what we would find. Upon arrival, we saw beautiful, tidy grounds and a huge spread-out facility. We were warmly greeted at the front desk by Katie and her big smile, who went out of her way to make sure we had a room we liked- right on the golf course, with a balcony. She even walked us to the room so we could have a look then brought us a couple of wine glasses that we could use as I had mentioned we had stopped at a winery and wanted to enjoy our bottle of wine. She is a keeper! Our room was clean with all the necessities and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed a dinner at their restaurant- Niblick's- of a wedge salad and baby back ribs which was prepared well and all very tasty. And we got an after-dinner treat when our drive around the property led us to stop and watch a small herd of deer that came close to our vehicle while grazing. Overall, a respite that was an excellent value and just what we needed.
