“the freezing pool water, rude staff response regarding the pool, left us disappointed with our swim-”
+The food was great and offered plenty of delicious options during our stay. We also really loved the hotel's location, as it is conveniently close to the marina. Overall, most of the staff members were super kind and welcoming.
−The outdoor pool water was completely freezing, making it impossible to swim, and the staff member we asked was rude when we requested warmer water or access to the indoor pool. Additionally, it was disappointing that the snooker (pool) game wasn't free, which is unexpected for an all-inclusive hotel. Finally, while the location is great for the marina, it is quite far from the old town.

“Amazing staff, incredible food and facilities, stunning views and a beautiful place to stay I can’t wait to come back. A”
+The room was incredibly clean and tidy and the housekeeping staff were all really nice all bar staff were lovely and the facilities were amazing the pool was brilliant and the little shop had everything you could need The breakfast buffet was amazing and had so much variety We also had the dinner buffet and that was incredible too the amount of variety they had. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking to book again in the next year or so. Also, massive shoutout to our little four legged friend that we met Biggy! We will come back just to see him honestly!
−The pool was slightly cold when we got in but once you are in you warm up no problem. The only thing I would say is you could have one day free full access of the spa included in the price of the room But honestly that’s just me being picky because the whole experience was incredible and we will be back very soon. And we said that when we come back we will request the same room as the rooms on the other side of the swim up didn’t get as much sun but we were so happy where we were.

“Lovely staff, but room comfort and amenities need improvement”
+Overall, the staff were pleasant and friendly, and they made a genuine effort to accommodate our requests and make our stay comfortable. Everyone was very kind, including the owner, who was absolutely lovely.
−The mattresses were far too soft and sagged considerably. Although the staff made an effort to improve the situation, unfortunately it did not solve the problem. The breakfast mainly consisted of American- and English-style options. We would have appreciated more variety, such as soft white cheese, plain yogurt, and a wider selection of fresh salads. The bathroom was also missing basic toiletries and amenities, including hand soap. However, the biggest issue was the curtain, which did not block out enough light. The room became very bright early in the morning, waking all of us and significantly affecting our sleep.

+Everything was amazing! The lovely, clean, big hotel with 4 swimming pools, delicious food and excellent location! We will definitely come back! The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with our child, so they assisted us in everything, called a person from the clinics to pick us up, take us to the doctor and then return us back. Our friends were visiting for 1 day, and they gave them the room in the same building, even gave us a discount. And this was also the best location in Paphos, 5 minutes walk from the beach, really close to the bus station, the supermarket and the shopping center. Thank you, Sofianna! We had a great time!!!
