“It was fine but definitely not great.”
+The actual room and view were amazing. Very clean and lovely balcony away from the chaos of the town below.
−This place is very difficult to get to and more difficult to find.

“Nice room, very poor service.”
+The property was located in a picture as part of town. The room was clean and well appointed.
−However, check-in was very difficult. We were not met as described. When we finally met the guy to let us in he was not very friendly. We ordered two rooms, but we’re only delivered breakfast for one of the rooms so four people had to share two breakfast. Again, the gentleman serving the breakfast was the same person who was supposed to meet us and was not very friendly nor accommodating.

“Nafplion was very nice, Bourtzi very good restaurant. People kind.”
+Breakfast tres bien. Lits tres comfortables. Personnel tres amical.
−There were no signs to help us find the hotel location. We were not told in advance about the stairs and it was difficult for us who are aged

“Great location and great host”
−Nikos the host was very informative from the start advising us the location of free parking and providing easy directions to the property. The location in the old town suited us, but may not be good for those who have mobility issues as there are many steps. For us it was a great location to explore the old town and the beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Vey good shower. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed including nice free toiletries. Breakfast was served to us by Nikos each morning on our spacious terrace. The variety was very good. Thank you for a pleasant stay
