+Super service
−Had a wonderful experience staying at Sangaylay Palace during my Ladakh trip. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and well-equipped with King size bed, LG Smart TV air purifier and personal locker everything felt premium and comfortable. Food was tasty, service was quick, and overall the hotel felt safe and well-managed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Leh truly a 5-star experience in the heart of Ladakh

+I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. One of the best things is their complimentary pickup and drop service from the main market and Tibetan Kitchen, which is something you hardly find even in 3-star or 4-star hotels in Leh. The service is very quick, and they respond within just 5 minutes. The food is also excellent, and you can choose what you like without any extra charges, including breakfast. What impressed me the most was their care and hospitality. If you are sick or travelling with elderly people, the staff take care of you like their own family members. Truly a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Leh.

The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with clean, spacious rooms, modern facilities, and warm hospitality. The staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. One of the highlights was the evening bonfire, which created a wonderful atmosphere after a day of exploring Ladakh. The Mall Road pickup and drop-off service was also very convenient. The food was enjoyable, and the overall experience made the stay even more special. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 1 km from the main market, making it easy to explore the local area while enjoying a peaceful stay. Une expérience vraiment inacceptable et très suspecte The location is far from the city center. Very disappointing: the hotel refused to accept payment by credit card or through Booking, insisting on cash only. Even worse, they reported to Booking that I did not stay at the hotel, while I was actually there! A truly unacceptable and very suspicious experience.
