“We loved the location and facilities - would definitely stay again.”
+Ian was great to deal with. He was so accommodating and helped us gain early access and a late checkout which made everything so easy for us. We loved how close it was to the cbd and especially the market - which had fantastic food options. We also loved using the pool and sauna - made our stay very relaxing.

“Disappointed, with service, lack of booking.com support. Have used all over the world and to have an experience like thi”

−Booked accomodation was changed on day of arrival, completely different from what was expected, did not received email as in flight, went to original booking destination, no indication that it was even the destination, no signage. Had to walk 12mins with bags to other location. Was then told required $300 bond, not in any other documentation with exception of email update received at 1pm on day of arrival whilst mid flight, had paid already in full $1,149. When we declined to pay bond owner was abusive and told us we couldn’t stay unless we paid, so we left. Had to get other place to stay, d/w Booking.com, they said we needed to talk with owner to get refund who we didn’t want to call as had been so rude. They were literally no help. I think the accommodation was misrepresented the added cost a nasty surprise.
