“Great location and view, old and tired property that could use maintenance and a good clean.”
+Amazing location, very convenient and stunning view of the river from the balcony. Large apartment with plenty of space inside and outside. Good central air conditioning (set one temp for whole apartment and air con reached every room). Nice gym facility.
−Not very clean (hair left on the drain of the shower), stains on the couch and couch pillows, very old facilities - broken tiles in the kitchen and dining floor, cracked shower bath. Very weak shower pressure. Lifts and hallway carpet very dirty and hallway to the room smelled bad and had no ventilation.

“Great location and pleasant stay”
+Great location, close to the river, botanic gardens and the shopping district. The apartment had everything I needed, was great being able to cook and do washing during my stay. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony and a view of the river too.
−Their is some major construction going on next door. It didn't have a huge impact, although on one of the evenings there was a lot of noise from it until just after 10pm - that may be a dealbreaker for some people but didn't bother me. The lifts also went out on my last night so it was a long walk down from level 19, however by the time I got back a few hours later one of the lifts was back up and running so again, not a major inconvenience.

“Good location, poor value given the state of repair of the room”
+All good
−The room whilst tidy was in need of repairs. The shower head was broken, the window blinds were heavily stained and in one case the chain broke with no real pressure on it.
