−The WiFi is a slow as a caliper crossing the desert. Bed was uneven, to soft very uncomfortable. The rooms are so dated and poorly furnished. The air conditioning has no settings that adjust.

+Lobby view.
−The deposit was not refunded immediately. This is the first time we have experienced something like this in Australia. Our room was 108. Avoid this room! It overlooks the car park and is located right next to an automatic hotel entrance door. People were constantly walking in and out throughout the night, and every noise could be heard clearly inside the room. The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. Cleanliness was also below our expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unpleasant male receptionist who seemed extremely surprised when we declined breakfast. We checked out at 5 a.m. the following morning, so I have no idea whether breakfast was even available at that time. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel.

“Regret choosing this place! Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel!”
+the food was absolutely shocking!!!! We drove a long way to arrive hungry and had to try eating it and in the morning I felt it trying to come back up!!!!! It was terrible. The Restaurant staff were lovely but receptions staff were another ball game!!! Very disengaged and not interested or communicative! I asked to keep the room until 4pm that day and was happy to pay the difference or as they requested a full day and night so I obliged, however, during the morning we received a call asking us to leave at 10.30am so I dont understand what went wrong ! To be honest, I was glad as we booked into a wonderful hotel elsewhere. The room had a terrible smell to it and it was so miserable paying to be there.
−Initially staff that greeted us, then the bad smell in the building we had to go through to get to the 3rd floor, it was a terrible stench and the room had another stench which must have been the carpet! Our keys didnt want to work so that was a bit of a laugh, then when we entered the room and realised the smell and air con not switched on we tried our best to switch it on but it was so cold we had to sleep without it on! We had to eat something and that was another disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!
