+Very luxurious rooms and perfect for 2 nights in namche.
−Staff were not always at reception and so I wouldn’t be able to ask them questions a lot of the time. They also seemed to be hanging out and talking very loudly till about midnight and it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

“Nice place with a great restaurant provided they don't mess up the booking...”
+The location was very good and the view from the Hotel was very nice. Food was very nice. One of the best Veg. Burger we had on the trek.
−Owner forgot to keep our booking even though we made booking more than 3 months ago. Upon arrival, they provided us room with 2 separate beds for 3 of us. No attached Bathroom. Even though there was no charge for the night, I still feel that it is not appropriate to forget our booking. When we received Triple room the next day, there was no hot water available in the bathroom. Also, at all the places we stayed thru out the trek, Guide was provided complimentary food & stay. At Namche terrace, they did not provide any stay for guide nor food. We paid for the food for our guide. Out of all the places we stayed on EBC Trek, Namche terrace was the only place where no importance or food was given to guide!

+Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Jedne z lepszych podczas wędrówki EBC. Atmosfera w restauracji bardzo przyjemna, muzyka w tle.
−Niestety pokoje były bardzo zimne w nocy jak za tą cenę. Prysznic zimny i ciepły to dodatkowy koszt.

“Great Place Great Comfort on a Long Journey!”
+Unbelievable comfort @ 11,500’. Great rooms with hot showers, and a heated blanket! The manager/owner was hospitable and had much integrity!
−Not much!

“南池好的住宿”
+洗澡热水好，没电吹风，坐在床上，开电热毯把头发擦干，吃的好吃，份量大，酒店在南池的最上面，爬上去累死了。
−配电吹风

“There are better and warmer places to stay.”
+Food was good, and views from some rooms were lovely
−So cold! For a relatively pricey place, the rooms were basic and cold. Staff were pretty unfriendly, not keen to assist.

“An unfortunate experience.”
+The staff were very pleasant and the manager allowed us to upgrade to "deluxe" rooms. The manager refunded us half the cost of the rooms when we checked out.
−What we didn't know was that these bedrooms were immediately below the kitchen. It sounded in our rooms as though someone was dropping billiard balls on the ceiling and then it sounded as though they were butchering a whole goat as the banging went on for half an hour. I had to use eat plugs. We'd have been better off staing in the budget rooms, far away from the litchen. The attached bathrooms were insufficiently ventilated, so there was black mold growing on the bathroom walls, and the bedrooms felt damp. The yak steak was quite "chewy" and was served on cold plates.
