+Hotel Naias is undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Hanioti. It has an excellent location, a private beach, and overall, everything was of a very high standard. The staff, cleanliness, food, and atmosphere all left a very positive impression on us. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanioti.
−However, I would like to mention one issue that I believe should definitely be improved. Since dinner was included, there were signs next to the dishes indicating the type of meat. One side said “Beef”, while the other side said “Pork.” I saw “Beef” and served myself some of the dish, believing it was beef. Later, the waiter turned the sign around, and I then saw that it said “Pork.” When I asked him about it, he told me that he had forgotten to turn the sign around. I immediately returned the plate, but this is a situation that could easily be avoided. In an international hotel, where guests come from different religions and cultures, especially when it comes to beef and pork, there should be a clear and consistent way of identifying the food. A double-sided sign with two different descriptions can very easily lead to a mistake and put a guest in an uncomfortable situation. Laughing in response to such a situation is also not appropriate; it would be better for the staff to handle it more seriously.

+The hotel is in a prime location right on the beach, yet just a 5-minute walk from the town center. Everyone at the hotel is exceptionally kind and welcoming. The guy at the reception showed us to our room and even helped us carry our luggage upstairs. I must emphasize again: the entire staff,from the front desk team, waiters, and housekeepers to the pool lifeguard,everyone was amazingly polite, friendly, and went above and beyond. The room was exactly as described and matched the photos down to every detail. It was spotless and smelled wonderful when we walked in. Housekeeping cleans the room and replaces towels and bed linens regularly. Speaking of breakfast, it was excellent. It is served buffet-style; the variety is so vast that you don't have to eat the same thing twice. What pleasantly surprised me was the coffee,usually, hotel breakfast coffee is average at best, but here at Naias, it was exceptional, offering several choices.The hotel's restaurant is also great; prices are reasonable, and the portions are truly generous and delicious. −Bedding- our bed had a pillow top over two twin mattresses. The beds in the entire unit were average but could have been better for the price charged. The bedroom lighting could be improved around the mirror especially for women needing lighting for hair and makeup.

+Hotel je besprekorno čist i prelep, sobe se čiste svaki dan,peškiri se menjaju svaki dan, čistačice su divne, svaka čast ,osoblje na recepciji divno isto tako. Velika pohvala za kuvara/e ,hrana je bila fantastična, jako ukusna i raznovrsna i doručak i večera. Hrana kod plaže je isto tako preukusna, palačinke top 👌. Restoran jako čist i ima dovoljno mesta. Par stolica za bebe na raspolaganju što je super . Plaža je odmah uz hotel i jako lepa i uredjena, mada kamenita ali uz odgovarajucu obuću nema problema. Hotel se sastoji iz dva dela pa iz drugog dela mora da se predje ulica do plaže ali to je stvarno samo par minuta ,nama nije smetalo uopšte. Šetalište sa raznovrsnim sadržajem je 5 minuta peške od hotela . Hotel za toplu preporuku.
−Zamerka nam je muzika nažalost, muzika na plaži je 90% dana bila Albanska, verovatno zbog radnika koji su sa tog područja i to je okej ali ... Pošto smo u Grčkoj ,najlepše se oseti duh Grčke uz grčku muziku . Na tome možda poraditi. I druga zamerka plave ležaljke na plaži prvi red ispod drveća gde je stalno hlad bile su konstantno zauzete , gosti su ostavljali peškire na ležaljkama uveče kad krenu u sobu i peškiri zauzimaju ležaljke do sutradan posle 16h kad oni dolaze na plažu. To je jako loše . Radnici na plaži bi trebali da sklone te peškire uveče da bi svaki gost imao šansu zauzeti mesto u hladu.
