+It was comfortable, staff were helpful

“you get what you pay for”
+The location is great & convenient. The host facilitated late check in
−The room had a very bad musty smell, I had to keep windows open throughout my stay & run the A/C quite a bit to get air circulating. Carpet is stained & gross to be barefoot in the room. I'm very sure there are either bed bugs or lice in there based on the bites all over my body - I wish I had read reviews before booking. The bathroom is poorly designed, water gets everywhere. I had to quarantine all my stuff I had on the trip with me as the bites are so bad & hoping nothing invades my home from that trip. Sadly I had paid upfront & had no funds to switch accommodation after 1st night. most expensive stay in my trip after all

“Good value for money.”
+Location was great. Close to many restaurants and cafes. The room was very large and comfortable.

+I liked the room space, bathroom and kitchen facilities. I liked the location for my purposes and was very appreciative of the car space.
−Cleanliness was below par. There was a used toothbrush on the floor just under the couch and the toilet seat needed a clean by me. I also did not like the variability of the door lock opening to the card.

+The host made an effort, but we had to be let in and it was difficult to talk on the phone (the required method of access) The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free.
−The lock on the parking garage was broken. The windows were left open for fresh air but there were mosquitos. There is no lift/elevator. Baggage needs to be carried up steep stairs.

“Happy enough. I was expecting a lift, but I would have used the stairs anyway (for exercise).”
+Value for money, and very close to tram stop.
−Room temperature difficult to manage. I could switch the air conditioner on, but I couldn't work out how to set the temperature. Also, no insect screens on the windows.

“Perfectly adequate and comfortable for the price”
+It was excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful.
−There was no elevator and no staff manning the front desk upon arrival. A fellow traveller helped me carry my suitcase upstairs. The bathroom felt like a cupboard and was right next to the bed.
