“Great last minute stay”
+Last minute booking, staff were absolutely lovely! Every one of them we encountered.
−Smoking on the top front verandah. I realised afterwards even the room rules say not to but it didn’t stop people. We choose not to sit out there but it wafts in so much from the door that the smell was very strong in our room. Otherwise great visit.

+Very Clean. Private toilet for female. Kitchen facilities. Pet friendly ❤️. Close to hunter valley (very convenient if you going for the wine tours or hot air balloons). Very affordable!. I would stay there again! Don’t bring high expectations, this place is simple but clean and complete! You get what you need: a place to sleep that is convenient depending on your plans with free parking, and complementary tea and coffee ☺️🫶🏻. I’m not used to leaving reviews but this place deserves it.

+Clean and tidy facilities with new bathroom. Great little setup for overnight stay. Suprising quiety for a stay above a pub.
