“Would stay again in a heartbeat.”
+Beautiful room, LUXE bed/bedding!! The pool is great, heated to 23 degrees.
−My only small complaint- the glass for the pool view needs a desperate clean (but maybe this is done closer to summer!)

“Overall, will not stay here again, too many problems with our stay.”
+The apartment was very close to the Melbourne Convention Centre and the staff were very nice.
−The shower was terrible, water inconsistent and kept falling downward. The second guest bedroom was locked on arrival and we had a red eye flight so it was extremely inconvenient waiting around around 30 minutes for someone to come unlock the room, the internet dropped out halfway through our stay which was extremely important as part of our visit, which lead to a lot of content we needed to publish being unable to be published. On top of that the window seals had never been looked at, they were not sealing properly which lead to sleepless nights, after some fiddling we managed to correct the seal slightly in order to stop the wind. Finally, the washing machine was disgusting, who ever used it last had put the detergent in the wrong compartment, it's clear the staff never check their facilities inside of the apartments because it was thick with residue and buildup. I'm extremely disappointed with this stay as I thought I selected a four star serviced apartment. I likely won't stay here again. There is also only two functioning elevators for over 35 floors, you can be waiting long periods for an elevator down, we were on the 28th floor.

“Good - would come and stay again”
+Room had a great view and was perfectly comfortable for myself and my daughter
−Very strong bleach smell when we arrived that took a few hours to dissipate. We think the shower was cleaned with bleach but then not rinsed off properly.

“Location is ok but wouldn’t recommend bringing kids here. Didn’t feel safe at times. staff friendly.”
+Woolworths close by and close to tram. Pool and onsite gym
−We stayed for 4 nights and there was only enough washing detergent and bin bags etc for 1 night. We had to keep asking reception for more. Walls are very thin and we could hear neighbouring rooms and what was going on easily. Didn’t feel very safe at times as lots of noise and banging walls
