“Excellent stay and we will certainly return there!”
+Our experience was simply perfect. Both the venue and the location were super. The owners were always very kind and helpful. The facilities included an indoor playground and entertainment activities (5-11 pm) for kids which were true life-savers!
−Nothing really hotel/staff/service-related deserved a complaint as everything was very nice. However, an important piece of advice: Several customers had the terrible habit of smoking literally in front of the main entrance door, and sometimes sneakily between the main entrance door and the inside automatic door. This created unpleasant smoking clouds at the entrance, sometimes reaching the restaurant area. The Owners must enforce a NO-smoking policy near the entrance, which is a must, particularly in a mountain location where people are looking forward to breath some fresh air.
