“Incroyable hébergement”
+L’appartement était extrêmement propre. La literie nous a offert un sommeil de qualité. L’hôte était réactif et arrangeant. C’est le genre d’hébergement qui donne envie de revenir visiter Edimbourg !
−L’emplacement était excentré du centre ville pour des déplacements à pied.

“Parfait !”
+le sejour etait parfait chez Frans. avec mon amie, nous nous sommes senties à l'aise. la literie etait vraiment confortable et le logement très bien desservi par les transports en commun. parfait pour aller en ville ou à l'aeroport. frans etait de bons conseils pour les visites. merci beaucoup

+La habitación era súper acogedora, agradable y limpia. Fran fue muy atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos y hacernos sentir lo más cómodas posible. La localización del apartamento estaba muy bien , una zona agradable, bien comunicada y tranquila. Muy recomendable.

+A very kind and welcoming host who was extremely quick to respond to messages via the app. The apartment was fully equipped and very clean, with well-soundproofed rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was always available for recommendations and assistance. It was clear he wanted us to feel right at home. Plus... a fantastic vinyl collection :)
−The neighborhood is located far out in the suburbs, and the area around the apartment isn't well-lit. I wouldn't feel at all comfortable going there alone. Good to know: you need to be willing to share the bathroom.

“Amazing stay at Edinburgh !”
+Frans is a fantastic host ! He's very thoughtful, flexible and knowledgeable too :) We felt at home, we could use the kitchen (which is well equiped) and common area as we wished. The room and the rest of the apartment was super clean, beautiful and quiet. The neighborhood is easily accessible with multiple buses to get to the city centre. We knew we wanted to hike after our stay at Edinburgh and Frans was eager to help us choose a great hiking point ! Thank you again for this amazing stay, we'll be sure to book with you next time we come !

“Really great and affordable stay in Edinburgh!”
+This was a lovely stay! Fran is a wonderful host. He’s very knowledgeable of the area and super accommodating. The room is beautiful and you get to be in a proper home so it’s comfortable and spacious. And by far the best value for money!
−The place is a bit far from the center, but there are several buses that does go into the city center. We also had a car and it was quite easy to get into the city. On the other hand place is really close to the coast and a couple other beautiful gems you might not generally see if you were just going for the city center.

“Cosy, Squeaky Clean & Homely Vibes !”
+I had a wonderful stay at Fran's Place in Edinburgh and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable, affordable accommodation in a fantastic location. Fran is a great guy; polite, humble, forthcoming and a jolly fellow. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well organized and exactly as described. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and offered excellent value for money, especially considering its convenient location and overall quality. The room was comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The accommodation had everything needed for a pleasant visit, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The location is another major advantage. It provides easy access to buses that move around throughout night. What impressed me most was the value received for the price paid. It's becoming increasingly difficult to find accommodation that balances affordability, cleanliness, comfort, and location so well. Fran's Place manages to do exactly that, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travellers who still want a pleasant and
−For complete transparency, there are a few things future guests may want to keep in mind. Although these aspects are clearly stated before booking but to reiterate; rooms do not have attached private bathrooms, and because the rooms are not fully soundproof, it is sometimes possible to hear conversations or movement from other guests. Additionally, check-in is only available from 6:00 PM onward (even luggage cannot be dropped off before that time). These were relatively minor considerations for me and did not significantly impact my overall experience, but they may be useful for other travellers when planning their stay.
