+Location was good and restaurant staff was good
−We had 20% discount on spa, we booked the spa through reception still at check out they didn’t give us discount. It was task to tell them that we hv discount although everywhere it was mentioned very clearly on our booking.

“Excellent Stay”
+We had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff (Supun in particular) did a terrific job and helped us feel looked after. The pool was relaxing to use after exploring Kandy. The goody bag they gave us when leaving was a nice gesture.
−Nothing to say

+Very attractive gardens and unusual layout with canopied walkway between main pavilion and rooms. About twenty minutes from central Kandy.
−It was all pretty good; perhaps the non-alcoholic mocktails weren't the best we'd had (we stayed at the end of Perahera)

“Excellent short stay, a bit pricey.”
+Ideal stay a bit away but not took far from the ever busy Kandy city. Facilities and service of the staff were excellent. Driver accommodation was available right at the hotel premises.

“Beautiful location”
+Location
−Room was not checked before giving it to us. Sink was clogged and shower head was leaking. Staff were at ease and no focus on service. Even at the check out time which was informed previous day itself, no one was there at the reception. Luckily since i have settled the bills previous night we could leave the key card at the reception and leave

“Heerlijke luxe”
