“It sufficed.”
+Location and price. Individual door codes. Easy access to main floor from parking lot. Ample parking. Nice staff. Easy reservation.
−Older, needs repairs. Door was off center so had to lift, tilt and slam to close. Bathroom door hits wall loudly. Shower head needs replaced and low pressure. Breakfast was limited. Juice was yucky.

“Our drive was a smooth ride from our place all the way to the hotel and back.”
+The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and clean.
−The previous guest left a freezer part on the highest mode. Therefore, was the freezer part over frozen and we were not able to use it. (we put it on the lowest part so that the ice would dissolve ). It was a minor thing with the freezer part of the refrigerator which seems easy to be fixed.

+The male staff member at the front desk who helped me check in was excellent
−I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this motel simply because of the low price. If you are a foreign visitor, I would be especially cautious. I chose this place mainly because of the price, but I was very disappointed by the service and the way I was treated. My checkout was about 10-15 minutes late. I was called and told that I would need to pay a $25 late checkout fee. I had no problem with that and was willing to pay it. When I went to the front desk, however, the staff member’s attitude was extremely unpleasant and aggressive. The front desk staff member was an older woman, probably in her late 60s or around 70, and wearing glasses. She spoke to me in a very harsh and intimidating tone. She kept telling me that I could not leave my dog in the room. At the time, my dog was injured, and I was not able to take her outside for a walk. I tried to explain the situation, but instead of calmly discussing it with me, she continued speaking to me in an aggressive manner. At one point, she told me that I “should be ashamed.” That comment was completely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. As a customer and as a foreigner, I honestly felt intimidated and unsa
