“was overbooked, put me into another hotel, no wifi, dirty looking towels”

“Very poor”
+It was a convenient location
−Rats constantly running around and digging in the ceiling. The toilet lid with brown stains all over it. The toilet wouldn't flush because the chain was too long, connecting the toilet flush button and the plastic arm that raises up the stopper to allow it to flush. I told the staff and they didn't fix it. The staff was very nice but the hotel is a dump. I requested a microwave before I arrived. I got an email saying it would be provided at no extra cost. When I arrived, I was told they have no microwaves.
