“A comfortable cottage in a lovely area.”
+The location was excellent. Tap room next door was lovely and the walk to the waterfall was worth doing. There was plenty space for four of us and the hot tub was an added bonus. Smart TV was good.
−The double bedsheet had a hole in it and one of the single pillows was dirty. The window in the double bedroom was cracked and extractor fan in the ensuite didn’t work.

“In general we had a lovely stay and the property has a lot of positives. The decor is modern and the bedding was comfort”
+Location and the hot tub. Communication with the owners was very clear and transparent.
−The property was a bit tired in places. There was a cracked window, a missing blind, rusted dispensers in the showers and the hot tub had some dirty marks round the water line. Also around the rubbish bins outside there was a lot of mess which I think had been caused by a rat as we saw a large rat in the garden whilst we were in the hot tub. The children got nettle stings from some overgrown nettles around the hot tub.

“Außergewöhnlich und außergewöhnlich gut”
+Sehr liebevoll renoviertes altes Gebäude, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet. Reservierter Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Wohnung. Der Whirlpool war perfekt vorbereitet und nach 150 Meilen von Hull über Land einfach sensationell entspannend.
−Nach einer Fahrt durch das wunderschöne Yorkshire und pittoreske Dörfer waren nur die letzten 100 Meter durch Gewerbegebiet etwas irritierend, aber unbedeutend. Dass man als Gast den Whirlpool nach Nutzung nicht ausstellen darf/soll, stört angesichts des damit verbundenen Energieverbrauchs etwas.

“Fabulous would return without hesitation.”
+Beautiful location, size of property exceeded expectations. Very spacious, private garden and hot tub.Well equipped .Fabulous microbrewery next door.
−No internet connection and limited tv options. Fine for our needs but if travelling for work or with children could prove difficult. The grill pan was very dirty, possibly over looked. We cleaned it as we didn’t want anyone to think we had left it like that.

“MAY MINIBREAK”
+Really well equipped, very clean. Big enclosed garden perfect for our dog and allowed us to relax knowing she could not escape. Great area and all amenities and pubs within a few minutes walk but also on edge of countryside. Best of both worlds. Highly recommended
