“Honestly the property was very goood. Shame about the AC not working . If the window were closed then there would be no”
+Location was fantastic right in the heart of Old Town. 2 minutes walk in the Old town Orange Square Very easy to get in and out of the property Large Living room with kitchen Very good smart tv Comfortable sofa
−The Aircon was not working … we found out in the day of checking in. During the day time its was little noisey I think there was a scholl near by … because of the portable AC they provided which was very loud ans I think they needed the window to be open for the portable AC to work it was little loud dying the day and evening …

“Perfect location in old town”
+Location is perfect. In the middle of old town but in a quiet part. Apartment was spacious and the airconditioning was quiet but effective.
−It would be nice to add some basic kitchen supplies such as a bread knife, peper/salt, olive oil and dish washer tabs. The motion sensor that switches on the light at the entrance of the building was a bit off. Timer could be extended.

+In het oude centrum Top locatie goed bed grote woonkamer mooie douche
−Puntje van verbetering. Zorg voor deken of dekbed in de kast ipv alleen maar laken op bed. Sleutel of code kluis ontbrak . Aangezien je digitaal incheckt is er geen receptie.

“Stunning apartment in Old Town!”
+The apartment was beautiful, perfect for a 3 night stay for the 4 of us. Really clean and lots of space. The terrace was a particular highlight for sure! The apartment is located in a lovely part of the Old Town within walking distance of all the lovely restaurants, shops, bars. The beach was less than 10 min walk. It was perfect. Communication with staff was also very easy through WhatsApp.
−We could have done with an extra hand towel or two for the bathroom, and maybe some spare blankets for the beds. Also a sweeping brush to clean up would be useful too. Apart from that, the apartment was fantastic.

+Excellent Location Great Support from lovely lady with glasses. She offered laundry service, replaced coffee machine, provided clean towels.
−Poor aeration between stays, kitchen smelled like weed and fermenting wine. Needed to purchase air freshener; Mold in shower; AC in bedroom only - not in full apartment; Loose mattress cover; Broken washing machine although they committed to fix it (piece didn’t arrive in time); Broken coffee machine - was replaced during our stay; Some Coffee cups were dirty from previous stay.

“Amazing hotel to have a stay for the holiday and to explore the real life in Marbella.”
+The hotel is right in the centre of the old town, surrounded by local life. Literally a 2‑3 minute walk and you’re among bustling streets full of restaurants and shops - it’s great. But what really impressed us was the security guy, who was so responsible that he drove a long way in the middle of the night just to bring us a blanket we needed.
−The frequency to clean the room
