„The location was perfect for a relaxing stay.“
+I liked the activities, the location by the water, the hotel staff, the breakfast.
−The only thing that I did not like was the water pressure in the shower. It was slightly more than a trickle.

„Windermere is a wonderful get away! Rain or shine.“
+Breakfast was wonderful. I loved that it was included in the room price.
−Sadly, the Spa experience at Windermere was a disappointment. The staff was not welcoming coming in or upon leaving. I booked a facial but it all fell flat and it was way too much money - 40 minutes of applying layer after layer of various Eminence products. There was facial massage between each coating but no exfoliation or aesthetic techniques, just layer after layer massaged into my face and a lot of time spent selling each of the products. I would not recommend the Spa for a facial, I can’t comment on other services because I did not try them. With tax and tip it was well over $300. I went back to my room and realized my face was slippery and oily and needed to clean up before heading out.
