+The staffs are truly friendly and attentive. Special thanks to front desk staff Daisy for helping me resolving my problems of getting delivery from TaoBao which I bought online prior checking in to the hotel. Fantastic staff and I definitely will check in the same hotel in my future visit to Kunming. Thank you.
