„Perfect location and comfortable room.“
+The location was convenient, close to train station and city centre. Reception staff Veronica always had a smile and was always friendly and helpful. Made up for the unfriendly manager.
−The Manager when I first arrived to check in was not welcoming. It was 11am and before check in time and he told me I have to come back at 3pm. He stored my bag but when I returned an hour later, I saw people who arrived and was able to check in. He saw me but did not tell me I could already check in. I had to take the initiative to approach the lady who had taken over the reception and she promptly check me in. First impressions matter and after a long flight, a friendly staff goes a long way.

„Otel genel olarak güzeldi.“
+Odalar temizdi, otel güzeldi, ücretsiz kahve ve su güzeldi. Konumu çok iyidi. Personeller ilgiliydi.
−Odalarda mini buzdolabı yoktu, terlik yoktu, oda temizliği istememize rağmen temizlenmedi. Ekstra havlu bırakılmadı.

„Close to train station, nice room“
+Really liked how close to the train station the hotel is situated and hat there were so many stores around. We got everywhere we needed to be on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very nice.
−The bathroom layout of our room was uncomfortable. Hand towels were right next to the toilet bowl, there was a half-open shower with the water going everywhere, and one of the mechanisms for flushing the toilet got stuck quite easily.

„Would definitely recommend staying at Urban Loft.“
+The staff was very helpful. The location was great, surrounded by shops that would be open until midnight and was very close to the train station. Our room was right next to the train tracks so it was nice to see the trains passing by. The lobby was gorgeous, the ambience felt very cozy.
−The space of the room we had was very limited, we had 2 big suitcases which was a constant struggling having to open as it pretty much would take up the entire room. The TV was also very old.
