+We had our window smashed by another tenant. Having to change to another room that was in disrepair and finally given a third room that was acceptable. My wife was scared by the window breaking and all of the police activity. All the staff would say is you can’t fix stupid. Three different staff said this to us . We would never stay in this hotel or area again.

+Room not ready at 4:05 pm. Then no key to the room. Manager asked us to call them each time we want to get inside our room. Besides they would not guarantee if they could come and open our room door within few minutes. They only had master key to the room.

+Unfortunately there was way too much noise from other clients. Noises above me and outside with people fighting until about 2 am.
