„Decent location. Expensive for what it is. Bad communication. Unable to access the bar or restaurant and wondering when“
+Location. Clean
−Checking in wasnt straight forward. I had messaged ahead to request an early check in. I didnt receive a reply and the receptionist said they werent around when the email arrived. I was unable to use the bar or restaurant on site and rooftop terrace was locked

„Disappointing stay in a fantastic city.“

−Room was so small. Not so private either!! Could not get meal or drink one night as was hired out for private function. No advance warning! No thought for guests!

„Good stay, good location, would recommend but with notation that be wary outside of hotel and don’t go about lone and wi“
+Front desk personnel was helpful and gave great recommendations. We liked the top viewing deck. After being outside the property we liked how the hotel access was locked 24/7.
−Outside of the property, could be alarming especially after dark. Out of your control, completely understand. Didn’t like the art work in our room, it was creepy looking over the bed. However, we loved the fun painting in Ben’s Paris and the hallway wallpaper.

+Position close to Pikes place market. Although limited, the food was very good.
−The high prices in the whole area were a surprise to us and the hotel was probably only matching those high prices. Maybe the prices felt high because we are from the UK.

„Wasnt worth the process overall“
+Great location but neighborhood has allot of homeless peope.Bed was comfortable
−Amenities fee was unexpected and not worth it . Wanted $8 for bottle of water in the room. Allot of homeless peope less people in the area . Not a great area to stay in Seattle for that reason

„Nice and clean. Excellent location. Probably won't book again.“
+The place was nice and I enjoyed the stay, staff was excellent and so is the location. The rooftop was cool and had a great view. As always LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, less than a block from pikes place.
−Felt the value just wasn't there. Parking was expensive, amenity fee was pretty pointless (got you $15 off at the hotel restaurant and not much else for like $30, so enough to get a coffee). Did not have coffee or anything like that available in room or in the lobby. Generally felt that the value just wasn't there. Clean, nice stay but just not worth the money to me.
