+Absolutely loved the stay. The room was gorgeous, the balcony view was beautiful," "the staff were very friendly, late check-in was easy, checkout was simple, and the amenities were great.
−Nothing negative, but the mattress was a bit too firm and that is just a Personal preference.

„We used the hotel to visit Berry and the Red hot summer tour, it was the ideal location.“
+The location was excellent, only a short walk into town. We were given a bottle of wine as it was my husbands birthday when we arrived.
−There was not enough storage for clothes and the pillows were a bit firm, also no tea or coffee selection.

+The bed was very uncomfortable. Cheap foam mattress, not a proper coil sprung. Pillows where cheap and you couldn't fluff up.
−Needs double-glazed windows and doors. Highway traffic noise kept us awake intermittently throughout the night.

+Clean, comfortable room and bed. Good selection of pillows. Adequate facilities in room and in shared kitchenette. No excess noise or issues. Our room had a lovely outlook over fields. Short walk to Berry shops, cafe, pubs. Parking avsilable on site. We would consider further stays if needing accommodities in the area.
−Nothing that stood out everything was satisfactory.
