+Super nice staff but the hotel is not worth the price. It’s basically a 2 star hotel.

+I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around alone as a female in that area. It's really close to the bus station though, which is convenient if you are traveling via bus. It's about a 20 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at the center of the town. There are buses that go quite close to the hotel though. All in all, I would stay again!

+We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv. We appreciate how they managed to bring some calm in such a terrible situation. We’ll never forget the gesture.

„Détente et enrichissement“
+Nous avons apprécié l’accueil chaleureux de la réception de l’hôtel, labelle piscine (très grande et très propre), la proximité de la plage, le côté insolite de la Mer Morte, la richesse historique de Masada.

+You have to walk through a crowded restaurant to find the checkin. The room controls are difficult to understand and don't work properly. The receptionist came to our room and asked for our remote control without explanation or return.

„Du potentiel“
+Hotel avec un gros potentiel, une direction accueillante mais le souci, c’est l’entretien des chambres qui n’est pas du tout au niveau
