„Horrible management“
−Manager Jose and asst mgr Dawn can not manage this community. Rude, never answer the phone, trying to impose policies that are not advertised as such, like a deposit of $50/day which he said was a Marriott policy but the listing site notes a max $150 deposit under house rules which booking.com also confirmed. Jose clearly does not want guests at this hotel and does not want/like his job. They also allow homeless people to help themselves to the free breakfast for guests. Room was not even ready on arrival date despite being reserved two weeks in advance and no apologies or accommodations made by mgmt for not being able to check in at all on the first date of the reservation. and many more issues.

„It was decent for the price“
−I booked a queen bed but got a double. And was not given any notice. The room could have been cleaned better. There was small trash in corners and bath was a bit dirty. And it looked like a bit of mold on bathroom ceiling . Door to the pool didn't work
