+Rooms were warm but basic.
−Hairdryer didn't work. Fried wasp in my breakfast bacon.pointed it out to staff member and took away the plate with no response.

„Overall it was fine.“
+We stayed for 2 nights but only one day the hotel provided buffet version. Location is fine.
−Prefer buffet breakfast and also the smell of the room could be better. The room smells old and ancient.

+Lovely hotel. Great situation. Very pleasant staff. Good value for money. Food was great.
−The bedrooms could benefit from a bit of an update. Especially the bathrooms. But perfectly comfortable and clean.

+The staff were all lovely and helpful, I liked the Halloween decorations in the reception area and the general look of the hotel. Our triple room was on the ground floor and very convenient, clean and well presented. Breakfast was great.
−The mattress of the fold out sofa bed was flat and a bit grubby but we didn't need to use it

„Despite the two issues mentioned above, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return“
+Easy check in,helpful pleasant staff, comfortable beds and pillows, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, attention to detail ref: gluten-free diet, good choice for breakfast and cooked breakfast prepared separately.
−my room was on the first floor and I was aware of traffic noise throughout the night. Also I was unable to access the shower as it was over the bath(I had not thought to check this prior to booking). On checking out the receptionist explained that I would have needed to book one of the superior rooms to have a walk in shower.

+Hotel was perfect for our use and what we wanted to do around Omagh. All amenities were great. Our bathroom needed some work done, otherwise all very good.
