+Where to start…when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone on the property to let us into our room. It was a ghost town. Didn’t appear that anyone else was staying in the other units. We found someone who took us to our room. We were to have a private splash pool. We were told that was only in executive suites despite the fact we saw several on the way to our room. We were taken to room with a pool and someone was cleaning it but it was never filled. Property rep says we never asked for it to be filled…? There wasn’t a hairdryer as listing said. When I asked for one I received no response. The washing machine didn’t work. When we mentioned it the response was … it doesn’t work. No coffee maker and a kettle that smelled like mold. My friend couldn’t find his jacket and wanted to look in first room for it. He was told it wasn’t there. It had his car key fobs in it so it was important. We went to that room and knocked . No one there and door was unlocked so he went in to see if coat was there. We were going to beach and my friend stopped at supply cupboard which was unlocked to get a towel to take. „Great Stay“
+We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, we booked a 2-bedroom suite on the roof with a large balcony - perfect for relaxing in private. Despite arriving late at 3 AM, the process was seamless. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp on how to access our key and find our suite. The cleaning staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. This is truly a great place to unwind and enjoy some privacy. Highly recommend!
