„It’s really good. The only issue is the lack of privacy since we have to work in the lobby.“
+The room is being cleaned daily.
−The Wi-Fi seems decent for phone use, but not reliable enough for work. It would be better to have the same internet speed and stability in both the lobby and the rooms.

„Very satisfied“
+The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. I was satisfied as the air conditioning, internet, bathroom water pressure, and hot water heater worked very well. It is the best business hotel with great value for money and a central location on the island. I will always stay at this hotel.

+I liked the price. Affordable
−I don't like how the reception handle the inquiries. I feel she is not willing to help the guest. and the hotel can't accept cards. Only cash.

„Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.“
+AC worked and quiet
−The Korean manager is the biggest issue, consistently aggressive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. He yelled at his wife, swore at me over the phone, and called me dumb when I raised a legitimate safety concern about a rusty door knob. Any attempt to get help was met with hostility rather than support. Completely unacceptable behavior toward a paying guest. I would not stay here again. Terrible experience. Wi-Fi barely works, hot water is unreliable, and the property feels poorly maintained.
