−1. I did not like being sent to the desk for the parking pass and the resort trying to schedule a tour, that I would have had to put a deposit of $50 on. Now Im on vacation, I declined that when someone call me from the resort. That did not sit well with me. 2. I did not like that the prices for activities were very expensive. We went off the resort each day to save money on things to do.

„Beautiful“
+It was beautiful there .was easy to go exploring, felt safe, and staff was friendly The deer 🦌 lots of 🦌 🦌 🦌
−Did not like that both pools were not open on the same day, and the chair lift wasn't running, and the restaurants were not all open, so you were limited as to where to eat and the water park didn't open til Three o'clock

„I would never rent a resort room again.“
+Close to start of the Spartan race
−Building was old and had lots of wear and tear. Thin walls. No real signs to help this to check on or checkout instructions

„Lugar de descanso é refrigério“
+Olá , eu simplesmente amei o lugar onde me hospedei, estava limpo, a banheira de hidromassagem funciona muito bem , o resort é maravilhoso, pertinho do shenadom , da varanda ainda podia ver as montanhas e o nascer do sol . Provavelmente voltarei em fevereiro. Um tempo de descanso e refrigero . Super recomendo 😃

+The outside view and the balcony.
−Checkin experience - they couldn't see my reservation in system and made me wait like 10-15 minutes before handing over a room key. Then when we to the room and key didn't work, had to again wait outside for another 15-20 mins before we were assigned another room and finally checked in. Coffee maker was dirty and probably not cleaned for a year or two.

„Never again.“
+Close to Shenandoah National Park
−For price, building was shoddy. Carpet stained. Coffee machine didn’t work. Bathroom needed upgrade. TINY TV. Sliver of soap. Inadequate amenities. Advertised as a hotel, but 10 min walk to a store to get coffee. Food on resort was not great. Very disappointing experience.
