+This place did not have a person actually there . You had to call someone then it was this and that to be told how to get in your room , no luggage carriers and not easy access to the room . The place was terribly run down and after the guy on the phone telling me several things I voiced my displeasure and he said I'm not allowing you access go somewhere else . He then said your $45 is not worth the bad review youll give me .

„Very impressive.“
+There was no stay. The Maplehurst was closed and locked up upon my arrival. I was sent to a different property, with same owner, then the operation balanced out. I felt bad for the person on duty, a no show employee is really embarrassing and rough on the entire place.

+Never had hot water the entire time so was never even able to fill the hot tub that I reserved the room for . Walked in to the bed not made and old bedding on the bed . Over all one of my worst stays at a hotel . Hoping for a refund .
