−I didn't like the fact that Lionsgate doesn't accept cash for a deposit. I had stayed at Lionsgate before and used my card for the room deposit, just to find out that the transaction couldn't be tracked. Lionsgate banking ways don't make since they will take the money off your debit/credit but yet when I look at my account it doesn't appear so it can't be tracked I've called the bank before and they admitted that the transactions doesn't show up. Then days later the account amount goes up based on the deposit. Cash should be an option it literally takes a housekeeper 5-10 minutes to okay a room, so why should I wait 5 business days to get back my deposit when it took the reservation desk 30 seconds to take it off my credit card. Make that make sense.

+It was a great value and very quiet.. breakfast was good also.
−I liked the whole experience, and this may be nit picking, but the towels could have been softer. Other than needing to get better fabric softener it was great. I think I'll be staying here when I have to visit Sacramento in the future.

„This was not worth $209 and I won't stay there again.“
+We didn't stay for the breakfast.
−The first thing was walking into the room and the overwhelming stench of air freshener that tried to mask the smell of cigarettes. The room was old. The bathroom door didn't close properly.

„Disappointing, would not return“
+Grass area was good for kids. Good for groups to gather - we were there for a soccer tournament and staff was very gracious with letting us all hang out in the pool area.
−Room was small, incredibly basic, and run down. Felt like we were in the janitor’s closet. Since other guests in our group had nicer. larger rooms, I gathered the booking.com reservations were relegated to the 2nd floor, rugged section of the hotel. Room and quality did not match the photos.
