+Vielen lieben Dank an die nette Dame an der Rezeption . So freundlich und hilfsbereit wird man nicht immer begrüßt. Auch das ganze Service Team war sehr freundlich und hat einen bleibenden Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen.

„German speaking only, error in bill, don't recommend this place“
+Great welcome upon arrival. Although not written down, receptionist accepted accommodation price aligned to offer I had from booking.com (112 eur breakfast included). That was our first mistake. Dinner option available after 8pm which was really appreciated. Prompt service. We asked for the dinner to be added to the room ...without checking the details of the bill. That was our 2nd error. In the morning, at breakfast, on top of the buffet, the receptionist who is also responsible for the breakfast room checked with all German speaking if they wished any eggs... This wasn't offered at our table. We noticed... but decided not to comment. At time of check out, the bill being ready, we realised that 1. the wine we ordered was billed 46 eur instead of 33. Since the bill was raised, the receptionist suggested to pay the difference back in cash, which was ok. 2. the applied room rate was the standard price 125eur breakfast included instead of the 112 which had been agreed upon arrival. The receptionist first offered to call up and check with the receptionist we had agreed the deal with but when I described the receptionist so she would know who to call, she suddenly threatened to call up

„Not worth 4 stars and 200€!“
+I sometimes end up staying here, but this time they charged 200€ for a room taken out of the 1980s with a single bed and way too small bed cover. If you are 1.90m you have the choice between freezing on the feet or the chest. In the end my conclusion became to sleep with socks on. And please give me a real pillow and not a synthetic thin one serving no purpose. And i know that hard beds last longer, but makes you sleep less. Felt like some kind of wooden prison cell. For 75€ i may accept all of the above, but not for 200€
