„Everything was perfect and I’d choose this place again if I come back to Lezhe“
+The location was very strategic, close to everything one might need during their stay, markets, ATM bank, money exchange and the center of the city. The staff was extra kind and professional. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

„Dismal and disappointing.“
+Really? Nothing. The staff were as helpful as possible, given what they have to work with. And the AC worked, which it hasn’t in any of the other Albanian hotels we’ve stayed in because it is October and officially winter, despite the temperature. All AC units have been disabled.
−Oh! Where to begin? Nowhere was it mentioned when booking that the hotel is only on the 12th floor. At street level the hotel doesn’t exist. We drove around forever (no easy task in Lezhi ) until my husband finally parked the car and struck off on foot. We took an elevator up to the 12th floor and checked in. Our room had a pillar in the middle of it. The bathroom was tiny and dark. One lamp. No water, no kettle, certainly no coffee, no tissues, no working television and one measly pillow each. The next morning breakfast was dismal. One little burned croissant, a package of Melba-like toast and a couple of tasteless risks of some king. Oh, and. Juicebox. We left without eating. Honestly, when Booking.com gives places like this four stars, it makes you want to book directly with chain hotels, where at least someone sets some standards.

„Tutto bene ma saltate la colazione.“
+Camera ampia e pulita
−Colazione davvero senza senso, triste.
