„Cute boutique hotel, great location and walkable to all areas we wanted to visit.“
+Great location, easy walk from train station (but Florence was packed in early October so lots of tourists to dodge with our bags in tow), close to all attractions we wanted to visit. Staff were very kind. Small and quaint hotel with only one room of floors. Elevator helpful for luggage.
−Nothing, we enjoyed our stay here.

„Confident but Uncomfortable“
+If you're looking for convenience, this hotel provides it. It's located in the heart of Florence and literally 2 minutes (around the block) from the museums where the famous David statue is located. This is also where a piazza is located with shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly but they are not on sight 24 hours a day. There is a small coffee bar that is not open very long, but there is a self service area where you can make a cup of instant coffee and access fresh water.
−The beds in the hotel left a lot to be desired. They are worn out and very uncomfortable. Also, you have to climb stairs to reach the hotel desk and rooms. There is a small elevator for your luggage, but even that is AFTER you climb a flight of stairs.

„Excellent location , comfortable room , friendly staff“
+The location was right in the center of everything. The room is very clean and comfortable . The Turkish bath felt really good and helped with my backache

+Beautiful, boutique hotel just off Piazza del Signoria. Lovely, well appointed room. Incredibly charming and welcoming staff. There were communal coffee making facilities in the hall plus other coffees could be made for you by the hotel staff. And everything was literally on our doorstep. Our 1 minute walk from the hotel to the Uffizi was brilliant.
−The noise from the street was loud late at night so bring good ear plugs. But I hasten to add that the noise is to be expected given the location.

„Tutto OTTIMO!“
