„We enjoyed our stay very much.“
−I use a powered wheelchair some of the time and the room could have been arranged better. I had a tough time getting through bathroom door.

„Very poor service an not worth to stay at“

„not my favorite but at the price a good deal“
+phone in room was broken and never got fixed despite numerous complaints/requests wall light switch was broken no one came up and cleaned our room even though I didn't say they shouldn't room was tired and needed an overall upgrade - its cheaper than others for a reason but I'm not thrilled paying less and getting substantially lower quality rooms
−room quality lack of a full spa with amenities like facials, steam room, etc.

„An absolute disgrace for the Hilton brand. Stay anywhere else“
+The hotel itself is in a great location, very clean and the rooms are very comfortable.
−Booked the Hilton Chicago well in advance through Booking.com, only to discover upon arrival that housekeeping staff were on strike, something the hotel failed to disclose. We had four days without housekeeping and nonstop picketing from 8 AM to 10 PM, complete with drums, horns and loudspeakers. To make matters worse, Hilton charged us MORE than our guaranteed Booking.com rate! The lack of transparency, basic service and respect for paying guests is appalling.
