„Good but not being able to get a coffee at 10pm was very poor“
+Great location, comfy beds
−Despite knowing there was a large concert on, bar was closed by 10 and coffee machines turned off so couldn’t even get a decent cup of coffee. Very short sighted of management as few people wanted a coffee and night cap

„Nice enough hotel but go to a different bar.“
+Great location for visiting Bournemouth. Rooms were a good size, nice big windows and comfy beds. Breakfast was pretty good, all you would expect from a standard hotel breakfast.
−Staff were at times boarder line rude. The ground floor bar staff especially, when we wanted a drink at 10pm you would have thought it was 3am! They had turned all the lights off and moaned when they had to open a new bottle of wine! Also - pillows were terrible, take your own!

−The hotel needs a lot of work. Its very old and is falling apart. In desperate need of a major refit

„Despite a couple of niggles, overall this is a very good hotel with excellent staff.“
+Rooms are clean, quiet and very well proportioned with a modern well equipped ensuite. Breakfast is well organised with a good range of freshly cooked and continental options. Location is excellent for city centre and beach with good secure parking.
−Hotel wi-fi would not allow internet access in the evening of my stay but this had corrected itself by the morning. The room was too cool for me and after following the instructions on the temperature panel, the room still would not warm up.

„Absolute waste of money.“
+Most of all five guys was close.
−The bed was so uncomfortable, prison beds are much more comfier. They then moved us to another room. Again another uncomfortable bed. I definitely won’t be going back. For the money you spend it’s really not worth it. The restaurant was another joke, waited 1hr hour and a half, then they bring out mains instead of starters lmao.
