„Homley and freindly.“
+The hotel is in a great location just off the south pier; it has free parking which is a bonus. Breakfast was nice and enough for me, I'm sure if you needed more, you could ask; there is also a bar if needed.
−On my first night, the heating was not working, but the problem was solved on the second night, which was my only issue.

+The owners were lovely welcoming and went above and beyond. Tbh.
−The room was very cold didn't want to bug staff but apart from that can't fault it. Plus it's this time of year so will be cold so can't complain really just a wee bit of heat would be gd

+The owners and staff are amazing, kind, and treat you like family, nothing is ever too much trouble. The game room is fantastic, and the breakfast is the best you could ask for. This was our second time here, and my 9-year-old daughter loves it so much we've already booked to come back for her birthday next year
−The rain 🌧 lol

+Great hosts, Simon even reserved a parking place for us outside the hotel. Room was clean and had everything that we needed. Location was perfect for us as the kids wanted to go to the Pleasure Beach. Very reasonable prices in the bar and breakfast was good. Excellent value for money. I have scored so highly because it ticked all the boxes that I wanted. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, friendly and good value for money hotel.
−Absolutely nothing.

−The only problem I had was the bed was really uncomfortable, I stayed two nights and woke up with back ache.
