+The hotel is beutiful and well decorated. Stephanie at the front is the sweetest and answered all our questions and gave us great pointers about the area. I like that the water was okay to use for brushing teeth, they provide drinking water as well. Everybody that works there is very kind and hospitable. The area was the only sort of miss, the roads are in bad condition and isn't the safest to use as a pedestrian. Also taxis will charge you insane prices even for a few minutes drive. The hotel itself I highly reccomend if you'll be in Tulum

+The best thing about this place was the location. Unfortunately the room was not the best. Sheets were stained, towels were dirty. We asked for new towels and they were dirty as well.
