„Not great and certainly sadly not Hapi!“
+Location was easy to access the promenade but that’s about it.
−Not a welcoming place sadly and looks a little in need of some basic care. Staff took a long time to check us in, room was basic and with no hot water on the first day until it was fixed on the second time of asking. Couldn’t even bring us a cup of tea when we wanted and no milk at all in the hotel.

„Well located, clean hotel with friendly staff“
+The breakfast was fine, and it was centrally located. We left for the airport at 5am, and could get a good breakfast to go. We got it evening before and put it in the room fridge overnight. You could also order it for early morning when you left.
−The wifi was included but was pretty slow, so not much use for watching videos and some sites took so long to load that I gave up. But it was OK for emails. This was the only reason I gave the room 3 out of 4: it was fine otherwise.

„I would only recommend this hotel for a short overnight stay if you're planning to board a cruise.“
+The hotel was actually better than it looked in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're planning to take a cruise, the location is very convenient, as it's just a short distance from the harbour.
−The hotel had virtually no facilities to offer. The restaurant area was noticeably outdated, with old, worn-out furniture that desperately needed replacing. The breakfast was extremely disappointing and so unappetising that it completely put us off eating.

+Our stay at Hapi Hotel was okay. The hotel is decent, and its biggest advantage is its convenient and accessible location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, a reasonable option for a short stay.
