„I was surprised that this was a Hilton property. We wouldn’t stay there again.“
+Property was convenient but fixtures and most metal in the room was rusty and looked unkempt. Most doors, closet, shower and bathroom would not even close. Room 310.
−The room seemed old and unkempt, some features were upgraded, like the bathroom mirror and TV cabinet. But overall, the metal was rusted on the light fixtures, office chair, and and some cabinets. The bathroom walls had rusty nails showing through the plaster and walls were rusty colored in spots, tiles were cracked in the shower.

−Terrible sewage smell in room. They gave us another room which was somewhat better. The hotel is pretty worn out lots of rust and mold in bathroom.

−The front staff was very helpful and kind! Went above and beyond! Even sent me a text to make sure if we had everything we needed. Very impressed!! They even took the time to take our first family cruise photo for us outside the hotel!
