+Excellent location and great service The hotel is in a perfect spot, just minutes from restaurants, gas stations, and local attractions. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful across all shifts. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Although the space was limited, the food was flavorful, served at the right temperature, and the area was spotless. A particularly attentive gentleman made sure guests felt welcome and assisted anyone with questions about the breakfast service. The waffle station, coffee, and juice options were a great touch. Highly recommended for families, especially if you’re in town for sports events. Great value and convenience all around.

+The room was fine. I have to say the bed was one of the best and most comfortable. However, there should be a chair in the room. There was an enormous amount of space on the side of the bed that a chair could have gone in. Items in the bathroom, where rusty such as the garbage can Kleenex Container, etc.. There seems to be a brown stain on the business chair at the desk… Very leery of that

+Hot water went out. The guy at the counter said really and walked off. Our scheduled checkout was that day, but a cold shower sucked.
