„Trendy boutique hotel as long as you dont want to sllep before 1am.“
+Decor and location
−Insufficient power sockets so had to pull plug of mini fridge from behind to plug in coffee machine. Had to pull out the minifridge. All it needs is a extension plug. Car spaces booked were not clear and had to ask to find booked spaces.

„Wouldn’t stay again, very over priced.“
+Good location.
−The room was cold and extremely dark even with all lights on. Thick with dust behind the blinds and on-top of unit where the heater/air-con unit was. £15 for a parking space. There was no parking space they put my car under a tree which got covered in some form of tree berries so I then had to have it cleaned.

„Not worth the price.“
−Strange smell from the drain pipes. No soundproofing what so ever, any time some one opened their doors at night it woke us up. For 300 pound a night you expect a good sleep

„Could be lovely if organised!“
+Lovely decor
−Air con didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. No towels were replaced after the first night, and no bath mat so floor was soaking. 3x ends of toilet roll, were all that we were left with, so had to go and buy some. No tea coffee etc replaced even though we confirmed there would be. Delux room states bottle of wine room, apparently they don’t do that anymore!

„Worst booking experience“
+The worst booking experience of our lives. It was impossible to contact the hotel via Booking.com, and online check-in didn't work. Calling was impossible, and emails and inquiries, every single one, went unanswered. We needed to book an pay for another hotel same night,
−It’s outrageous, simply not answering, not picking up the phone, and not even hanging up. We booked and paid, but couldn't get in.
