+Staff was very nice but after getting into the room, when we shut the door, cockroaches scurried out from behind the door frame. We did not stay and requested a refund but were told a refund could not be given. Ridiculous.

+The bed wasn't very good. Towels were small and light weight. Front desk evening staff - very good. A/C couldn't keep ahead of humidity. Room was clean.

+The photos online do not reflect the condition of the place. Broken windows, homeless looking people in the parking lot.. definitely sketch. I was going to give it a try but my wife refused. Said she didn't feel safe. Beware, if booking through a third party, no refunds after 4pm
