„Lovely location, hotel and value for money“
+Beautiful property, I loved the rooms outside of the hotel its self, luckily we ended up in here as there was a wedding on, and I was here for the great north run.
−Was a bit tatty, needed some tlc in the room we stayed in.. but it didn’t put us off.. the only thing I need to say is, the wedding crowd appeared to gather around the front area of where we was staying as someone was been sick and there was a female constantly just shouting at this poor lad, this woke me up.. At no point did anyone who was working there appear to come out and say, be mindful we have people sleeping in these rooms.. that was my only grip. I’m sure the woman who was shouting was that loud she would have also woke up the neighbouring houses as well.

−Small issue with the hot water but nothing major. Only o e small suggestion a small bottle of water in the room would be nice

−Bedroom served our needs well with 2 double beds. Mediocre dated decor. Dinner slightly over priced.
