+I remember this place when it was La Quinta and later Wenatchee Inn. Since it was bought by Clarion Pointe, they have remodeled and updated. It was very clean.
−Nothing to dislike.

„Do not recommend.“
+Front desk staff friendly. Free parking.
−Did not receive the kitchenette King room we requested. We ended up with a double queen room. In town for a funeral and spent lots of time in hotel. Intended to eat meals in room. Did not occur. Paid for the more expensive King room we requested. Upon check-out requested a refund for the $100+ cost of king room we had already paid. Not applied. Contacted customer support, no response. Continue to attempt to get refund. Free breakfast poor.

„Great place to stay overall!“
+Breakfast was great! Loved that there was coffee out in the lobby as well as water all day. Room was clean and comfortable.
−The room should have been cleaned once during our stay without a request and it wasn't. There should also be a shelf of some sort in the bathroom for towels, clothes, etc. or at least another hook or two.

„Overall, I made sure I enjoyed my stay there. But I was disappointed in the rude housekeeper I had to keep dealing with.“
+The front desk staff like Gabby and Nick are always so pleasant. They actually remember me by name now. I enjoy working with them.
−Unfortunately, the housekeeper who was there this time had a huge attitude and even refused to provide me with fresh toweks, even though I handed her my dirty ones. She has made me question my next stay there.
